Design2Recline and all related Design2Recline slogans, logos, and product and service names used on this web site are trademarks owned by Furniture First Cooperative. Only Members of the Cooperative may carry Design2Recline labeled products and are granted use of the name and associated slogans, logos and product and services names for the promotion and sale of such products in accordance with the Furniture First Membership Agreement. Users are expressly forbidden to misuse these marks.

7. Revisions & Errata

The materials appearing on Design2Recline's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Design2Recline does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Design2Recline may make changes to the materials contained on its web site, and the construction of goods described on the web site, at any time without notice. Design2Recline does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
